The Commence ring is inspired by the bold fluid forms of Katusha Bull’s stone sculpture. This exceptional statement ring was hand-carved from a single block of wax. As the external shape is carefully scuplted from the wax, the next challenge is to work the interior of the ring whilst considering the sensitivity of the design and reducing material weight to create a wearable piece of art. This is a lengthy process which requires skill and artistry.
This results in a powerful, distinct ring set with a bullet-shaped praisolite ring. The combination of contrasting matte and polish finishes serves to highlight the flowing curves of this spectacular design - A true extension of the body.
