Handmade jewellery is personal, and although great care goes into each Azulion Designs creation, sometimes things do not align perfectly. When that happens, the brand approaches every request with empathy, reason, and fairness — while honouring the time and craft behind each piece.

Eligibility & Timeframe

Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Condition Requirements

Items must arrive in the same condition they were received. Proof of purchase and matching name/email used at checkout are required.

Defects or Damage

Azulion Designs takes pride in its craftsmanship, and defects are rare. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or defective, it will be eligible for an exchange or refund. Decisions will be made thoughtfully and case-by-case in alignment with the brand’s values.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval. Approved refunds are automatically returned to the original payment method within several business days. If a refund seems delayed customers may :

Sale items are final and not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

Return Shipping

Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping fees may be deducted.

Gifts

If marked and shipped as a gift, the recipient will receive a gift credit instead of a monetary refund. If the order was not marked as a gift, refunds return only to the original purchaser.
